Job Description - Marketing Assistant (Part Time - 7hrs per week)

We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to assist with the accuracy of our Marketing database.

You will have at least 2 years recent experience of sales or marketing administration, preferably in the IT software and/or hardware market. You will be part of a small team whose responsibility is it to maintain the accuracy of the Marketing database. You will be required to:

• Input relevant contact and information into the database from other sources.
• Telephone existing customers and potential customers to verify contact information.
• Execute web searches to validate or correct contact information.

The split of the work is c. 80-90% database work / 10-20% telephone work.

This is a part time position. We currently envisage it is 7 hours per week. Hours of work are flexible and negotiable. Ardenta is happy to consider freelancers for this work. The role is based at Ardenta's Sunbury office.
